  1. It is well worth doing a 30 day elimination diet to check how many modern
    foods may be contributing to illness. For 30 days eat only:

    1. Grass fed meat poultry, or wild caught fish (You will find small
    portions go a long way).
    2. Fresh non GMO vegetables.
    3. Seeds.
    4. Water
    5. Butter, coconut oil, lard
    6. Eggs
    7. Omega 3 oils (Cod or Krill oils)
    8. Raw milk (after a week, stop if there is a reaction)
    Exclude
    1. Anything sweet.
    2. Dairy (for at least a week, the try raw dairy to see if there is any
    reaction)
    3. All grains (Gluten and other allergens)
    4. Fruit (To stabilise blood sugar, can be added after the 30 days.
    5. Soy
    6. All vegetable oils (except cold pressed coconut oil, hemp oil, and olive
    oil)
    Many people have never gone this long without gluten and sugar. The effect
    can be transformational and it continues to build for months of even years
    after if it is continued.

    1. +wjestick I wouldn not replace tubers or glutenfree starch bread with
      almond bread or a lot of nuts. they are very high in polyunsaturated omega
      6 fats which lower metabolism and activate fat storage

    2. +wjestick Funny you should mention getting sick when cutting out “junk”. I
      just was on Sugar Busters for about a month, really only eating protein,
      water, whole grain, very picky about the grain and all natural as possible,
      and I got sick. I need to drink more water and now that the weather is
      getting colder and the window is closed, I need an air filter for sleeping.
      I just started taking vitamin C and a good multivitamin with #E which I
      wasn’t doing before. I stayed on the sugar busters plan throughout the 3
      weeks I was sick and still on it, but finally realize it may have something
      do to with it. Live and learn. I think I have heard the term ” detox flu”

  2. I just had 3 eggs from my coop fried in coconut oil and a bunch of
    parmasean cheese top on them. Then a glass of coconut oil. All saturated
    fat and low carb. Mmmmm

    1. What really happened almost 100 years ago?… Heart attacks were virtually
      unheard of until good and natural animal fats were replaced with slow
      acting disease causing oils and margarine. Why would they do this?
      As well, our banking system was hijacked in 1913 by a private cabal of
      fractional reserve bankers who created the Federal Reserve.

      100 years later we are sick and addicted to pharmaceuticals to cover the
      symptoms of the poisons they call food… And we are in debt to these same
      entities.

      Slow and insidious our enslavement has become…

      goodness there are people like Sally Fallon. She is attacked from all
      sides and she never gives up. I don’t think I could do her job, she is
      simply AMAZING!

    lips. It is sad how we once again have been taught the opposite of what is
    true. The media is in the pocket of the government and the corporations. So
    thank you for making your lectures available and giving us the ability to
    learn. I eat non gmo and organic. Now I am taking it further and have begun
    to make broths. I stopped all meds as the last possible anti inflammatory
    prescription I have been taking for 14 years left me with very bloody
    stools. They tested me for everything but I knew it was the Naperson. They
    conveniently would not admit that is what it was. So I am learning how to
    care for my body and my anti inflammatory diseaseS naturally. You are
    beautiful inside and out. I am sick right now- sensitive to sounds and your
    voice is soothing. Ignore the cruel paid trolls. 

  4. Im anxious i have high cholesterol and low vitamin d and tesosterone. I
    adore milk . I don’t know wheater to abhor eating dead flesh from animals
    even though I eat anchovies{and worchestire sauce} , sardines,some tuna n
    salmon canned only cause of price i love fresh.

    1. +Robert W No we are originally carnivores. Don't listen to
      'plant-based-diet' advocates. There is nothing more unnatural to
      our species than an all plant diet.

    2. +reneekatz666 Don’t listen to the overweight girl. You should try to lower
      your cholesterol through diet. A lower serum cholesterol level does not
      only decrease the risk for CAD but also for prostate cancer etc.

    1. +Robert W It was always was bad for you. However, if one has a terminal
      illness and is having trouble eating, getting any kind calories into the
      system is better than nothing. I used to order in a higher calorie, better
      quality nutritional drink from Walgreens for my mother when she was dying.
      It was almost the only nutrition she was getting, so the benefits
      outweighed the negatives.

    1. Marajuana is definitely not evil. It cures cancer, regulates blood sugar,
      digestive disorders, inflammatory issues, works on pain, BUILDS your immune
      system and much much more. Much evidence to prove how wonderful this pant
      is that God gave us. He said he would provide from land and sea. It is
      illegal for reasons of $$$$$$, and it breaks down compartmentalization in
      the brain, (can’t have police officers and other gov employees that are on
      “need to know” basis questioning the morality of the orders they are given)
      oh the gov can’t have critical thinkers in this world, nor can they have
      healthy people.

      It doesn’t line up with the Georgia Guidestones with a population “they”
      want 500,000,000 (five hundred million) people in the World, china has over
      a billion people, we have 330 million in America alone, so who gets to
      die??? I hope people get over their “programming” from the lying gov, it
      saves lives and allows you to live longer, no side effects. I’m 50 yrs old,
      I never get sick and I never go to the doc, I can’t even remember the last
      time I had to see one and I’ve never been over weight. I eat butter from a
      knife, cook in lard or bacon grease, eat only grass fed cows and chickens,
      and use coconut oil.

      Cannabis oil should be looked at like a daily vitamin.

  5. My sister has been diagnosed with muscle weakness caused by the use of
    Statin drugs. If your jaw dropped when you heard about the effects of
    Thalidomide it will probably fall off when the truth about Statin Drugs
    comes out.
    Their is plenty of information on YouTube or just google Statin Drugs.

  7. Why is it advised that dairy products should be kept raw as the heating
    process has a negative effect on them, when we are also told that animal
    fats should be used in cooking, rather than vegetable oils, as they remain
    stable during heating. Doesn’t that contradict the advice about dairy?

  8. I find a couple of problems with this. 1st people died young in the 1800’s.
    also this cook book was not what people ate daily, this was mainly for
    special occasions. They also did not have all the processed foods. They did
    not have grocery stores, butter was also a rare it was hard to make.

      People were rural and coming from a farming family, we made butter and
      cottage cheese weekly, and used lots of cream, butter and eggs. In fact, we
      still do.

  9. I don’t believe Adam and Eve bore any children who became “cavemen.”
    So…this so-called paleo-diet is just as fishy as everything else “they”
    feed us. Eat a balanced diet. And FAST! That’s the missing ingredient in
    our diets!

    lie that saturated fats thicken the arteries, were financially supported
    by… Procter and Gamble! MAJOR manufacturers of vegetable oils! What a
    surprise!

      It describes how they were selected by them in the 1940s, giving them
      financial assistance.
